Cancellation by DGBusiness.com
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. DGBusiness.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by DGBusiness.com and accept DGBusiness.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Return and Exchange Policy
For Exchange or Return, of Marketplace Product/s Customer to call DG Business Helpline Number (800 343434) or e-mail us at email@example.com for assistance.
The return and exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product/s must be in unopened/sealed condition.
- Products are not applicable for return or exchange if packaging if opened or used. Anomalies if any can be reported through DG Business compliant channels mentioned above.
- For Dead on arrival (DOA)/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product/s specifications will be exchanged, or returned:
- After it has been verified by the Seller.
- The process can take up to seven business days from the date of collection. Return/Exchange will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
- Return or Exchange on Major/Medium Home Appliances, Large panels, Furniture, Home Decor, linen, Fitness equipment, Travel, Sunglasses, Watch and Audio/Video product will be done based on the Seller’s investigation report and approval.
- Customer to inspect product/s PRIOR to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and before the delivery agent’s departure. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for return & exchange or Warranty Terms and conditions.
- All refunds will be processed to the Customer post the quality check is carried out after the return of the product/s.
