How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?

A lead time of 2-3 days based on stock availability for back-to-back orders, the seller will inform you of the lead time when you order

What are the shipping charges for delivery within the UAE?

Same as Empost charges- Aed15 until 5kg, after that an   additional aed1 per kilogram

Do you deliver products outside the UAE?

Currently, shipping outside of the UAE is not possible. As there are legal requirements, it depends on case to case. Contact us for more details.

Do you deliver anywhere in UAE?

Yes, but there will be a surcharge out of the coverage area

What are the Payment Options available for placing an order?

We accept credit/ debit cards at the moment, but COD and buy now pay later may start in the future

What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

Delivery to the address provided only; no pick-up option available.

What happens if I am not at my given address to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
