How long will it take to get my order?

We confirm your order and send the details to our sellers, where they pack the items and hand over the packages to our courier partners to ship it to your locations. The shipping time depends on what items you order and to which city you are getting them shipped. Once your order is shipped, we will SMS / email you tracking details and you can always check your order's status under ‘My Order

Why have I not received my product yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the My Orders page in your My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. Delivery refers to the total estimated time form confirming of the order, packaging, shipping and delivering it to your location. The delivery may take time depending on the address specified for the order.

Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.1499. A shipping charge of Rs.149 will be applicable to all orders under Rs.1499.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Report this concern by contacting us through phone or mail, we will work to resolve immediately. You can also initiate a return request from ‘My Account’. However, before dispatching the package, we ensure that it has complete order in good condition.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by contacting us through phone or mail within the 7 days period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?

We don't deliver products internationally right now. However, you can place orders to India from anywhere in the world.

How can I check if SharafDG B2B delivers to my PIN Code?

The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

All orders placed on SharafDG B2B are dispatched through our courier partners.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section.

SharafDG B2B offers delivery all over India. Our aim is to reach and serve maximum customers in every corner of the country.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but why isn't it out for delivery yet?

The courier service delivering your order are responsible for making sure that your order reaches you within the delivery date. Rest assured, you'll get an SMS once your shipment is out for delivery.

My package shows as delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Check your phone for any notification about attempted delivery.

See if any of your neighbours/friends/relatives/house owner/security guard has collected your product on your behalf.

Wait until the end of the day— sometimes packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
