What are the modes of refund available after cancellation/return?

1. Back to source - available for orders with all sellers. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.
2. Store Credits - available for all Cash on Delivery orders by default, also available for prepaid orders. As per policy, refunds in cash are not possible.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), amount will be refunded in the form of Store Credits so you can purchase any product from Sharafdgv1.cstechns.com without any hassles.

What about my refund after cancellation or return?

Don’t worry as your payment is protected.
We take anywhere from 5-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. Refunds can also be made in Store Credits which you can use to purchase any other product from Sharafdgv1.cstechns.com.

Please note for any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
