When designing + manufacturing the whiteboards, we made sure to use only the best and sustainable materials: For example, our whiteboards are produced with wood-based substrate material from sustainable forestry. They are also 98% recyclable. Furthermore, we produce in Europe to shorten the transport routes and the production process and thus leave a low carbon footprint with our products.
White shell, green core
Sustainability plays a major role for us in our business activities and in the production of our extensive product range. For our products, we look for ways to produce them preferably from environmentally friendly materials. Therefore, our whiteboards are now produced with wood from sustainable forestry. The wood serves as a carrier material in the whiteboards and ensures their stability. Our whiteboards are produced using a sandwich principle: The first layer forms the writable surface. It is either a lacquered or an enamelled metal plate. The carrier material (wood) forms the middle layer and gives the whiteboard more stability. The third layer is then again a metal plate, either as a back panel or as a second, writable surface.
Sturdy transport packaging
Our design whiteboards up to a size of 1200 x 900 mm are packed for you in environmentally friendly solid cardboard. From the size 1800 x 900 mm, the whiteboards are sent to you in solid wooden transport packaging. In this way, we avoid transport damage to your whiteboard so that you can enjoy the full magnetoplan quality.
